    78yo WM admitted to the hospital 9 days ago for a coronary artery bypass graft. Diagnosed post-op with a perioperative R MCA stroke requiring prolonged ventilator support for 4 days.

  • Social History: Married 50 years. Two adult children live 2-3 hours away and visit about every other month. Enjoys playing cards on Friday evenings with friends from the service. Primarily responsible for managing the family finances.
