    71yo Hispanic female admitted to hospital for L distal femur fx due to fall while walking to the bathroom in the middle of the night. ORIF of L distal femur 2 days after initial admit. D/c to SNF POD 3. NWB LLE and knee immobilizer during activity until yesterday, now WBAT without immobilizer.

    HTN, type II diabetes
