  • Account Access & Registration

    • ▶ How do I register or log in?
    • If your school subscribes to ICE Videos, you can register for an account with your school email. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Click the link in that email to set your password. If you don't received the email in your inbox or junk/spam folders, please contact us.

    • ▶ What if I forgot my password?
    • Use the "Forgot Password" link on our login page to reset your password.

    • ▶ I'm stuck on the login/registration page.
    • This is often caused by an outdated or proxied library link. Please use the direct login link: https://icelearningcenter.onelogin.com

If you are still encountering errors using that link, contact our support team.

    • ▶ Why can't I see my DocuLearn subscription?
    • DocuLearn is a separate subscription from ICE Videos. Find out how to add DocuLearn to your ICE Video subscription.

If you should have access but don't see it on your homepage, please try the following:

      1. Check the ICE homepage: Look for a tab or section titled "Company: ICE Learning Center" where your subscription may be located.
      2. Try alternate emails: If you have multiple school email addresses (e.g., j.doe@school.edu and johndoe@school.edu), try logging in with the other one.
      3. Allow for processing time: If you purchased access directly, it can take up to one business day to activate.

Note for students: If your school has an ICE Video subscription, contact us before purchasing DocuLearn to ask about a discount code.

    • ▶ How do I use a code from my campus bookstore?
    • To activate our products through the bookstore:

      1. Purchase your unique code from the bookstore.
      2. Follow the included instructions to log into the ICE Student Store.
      3. Add "DocuLearn Student Access" to your cart.
      4. Enter your code at checkout, which will reduce the price to $0.
      5. Your access will be activated within one business day. You'll either receive an email to create an account or, if you already have one, the DocuLearn icon will appear on your homepage.

    • Faculty Questions

    • ▶ How do faculty get access to the ICE Faculty Zone?

To add a group of faculty members, the account administrator can email a list of their full names and school email addresses to faculty@icelearningcenter.com.

Individual faculty members may email us at faculty@icelearningcenter.com to request access. To expedite your request, please include a link to your public faculty profile on your school's website. If this is not available, we will contact your institution's main account holder for confirmation before granting access.

    • Subscription & Account Management

    • ▶ How do I renew our subscription?
